Brain Health – Ways To Beat Deformity!

Basic symptoms

The symptoms of a malignant brain tumor depend on how big it is and where it is in the brain.

Common symptoms include:

  • severe, persistent headaches
  • seizures (fits)
  • persistent nausea, vomiting and drowsiness
  • mental or behavioural changes, such as memory problems or changes in personality
  • progressive weakness or paralysis on one side of the body, vision problems, or speech problems

Symptoms caused by the position of the abnormality

Different areas of the brain control different functions, so the symptoms caused by a brain tumor will depend on where the tumor is located. For example, a tumor affecting:

  • the frontal lobe may cause changes in personality, weakness in one side of the body and loss of smell
  • the temporal lobe may cause forgetfulness, language problems (aphasia) and seizures
  • the parietal lobe may cause aphasia and numbness or weakness in one side of the body
  • the occipital lobe may cause loss of vision on one side
  • the cerebellum may cause a loss of co-ordination, flickering of the eyes, vomiting and a stiff neck
  • the brain stem may cause unsteadiness and difficulty walking, facial weakness, double vision, and difficulty speaking (dysarthria) and swallowing (dysphagia)

Causes of a malignancy

Most malignancy are caused by a deformed cell that started somewhere else in the body and spread to the brain, through the bloodstream. These are known as secondary malignancy

Deformed cells that can spread to the brain include lung breast,  bowel and melanoma malignancy

Some primary malignancy are caused by a previously benign brain deformity , but usually the exact reason why a primary malignancy develops is unknown.

Who’s most at risk?

Some of the things that can increase your risk of brain tumors are outlined below.

Age

Brain malignancy affect people of all ages, including children, but the risk tends to increase as you get older. Most deformity affect people over 50 years of age.

Family history

People with a family history of brain malignancy may be at a slightly increased risk of developing a brain deformity themselves.

Radiotherapy

If your brain is exposed to radiation during radiotherapy, your risk of developing certain types of brain deformity later on is increased.

Genetic conditions

Some genetic conditions can increase your risk of a brain deformity, such as:

Daily Routine

  • Tongue scraping, followed by Oil Pulling 1st thing in the morning, before food,  swish 1tbsp of raw organic coconut oil for about 5-20 min, spit in garbage, not in sink

Before bed swish 1tbsp of black cumin oil for 5-20 min (optional)

  • Small frequent meals/snacks, every 2 hr
  • High Protein diet – tomato (paste), sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, spirulina, chlorella, protein powder, cottage cheese, kefir
  • High in Calcium Diet – Kale (cooked), Sardines (with bones, cooked), Yogurt or Kefir,  Broccoli, Watercress, Bok Choy, Okra, Almonds
  • Fluoride free oral care and water

Important – NO aluminum, NO plastics, NO alcohol, NO caffeine, NO processed or fried foods, NO refined sugars or white flower, NO microwaves

  • Breathing – diaphragm 4 variants & alternate
  • Meditation & Praying – 1st 4-4:30 am, 2nd 3-3:30 pm
  • Cold Showers 
  • Music – binaural beats 30-45 min 2 times a day (headphones – preferred)
  • Glucan – fermented foods and medicinal mushrooms (excellent source of beta glucan).
  • Water – 1, 2 liters per day, especially if loose stool or diarrhea, Fiji or Nano alkaline water water if possible

In 8oz glass water add 1 drop peppermint/lemon oil (alternate)

Important – only small sips of water with breaks

  • Probiotic – (optional if fermented foods are included) Kefir, Kombucha, Sauerkraut, Kimchee
  • Vitamins – С ( injections) , vit D, В-12, В-17 and raw apricot pits
  • Turmeric (golden milk) best at night before bed
  • Juicing – Mangosteen juice, Aloe Vera juice, Green Leafy veggies, Carrots, Apples, Beets

To preserve the nutritional content, the juice should be prepared hourly using a two-step juicer or a masticating juicer used with a separate hydraulic press.

  • Budwig plan
  • 6 ounces (1 cup) cultured dairy (cottage cheese, goat’s milk kefir or amasai)
  • 4 tablespoons sprouted and ground chia or flax
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Mix all the ingredients together in bowl or blender and consume once daily.

  • Coffee enemas 
  • Phytoplankton  3g of 100% Pure Marine Phytoplankton; 1g taken 1/2 hour before meals as that is when the stomach is at its most emptiest.
  • Detox Champagne – (daily )1tbsp apple cider vinegar, add 1tsp baking soda, wait 1 min to get activated, add water

Acupoint for Reducing Nausea and Vomiting

  • Position your hand so that your palm is facing you. Relax your fingers.
  • Place the first three fingers of your opposite hand across your wrist, aligning your ring finger with the wrist crease (Figure 1). Next, place your thumb below and slightly under your index finger (Figure 2). The thumb should be centered on the wrist and you will feel two prominent tendons underneath. That is acupoint P6.
  • Apply firm pressure to the acupoint for at least three minutes.
  • Repeat on the opposite wrist.

Nausea and vomiting acupoint

  • Position your hand with your palm facing down. Gently spread your fingers.
  • Use your opposite thumb and middle finger to find the slight indentation between the base of your thumb and index finger (see figure). That is pressure point LI4.
  • Apply firm pressure to the acupoint for five minutes.

Acupoint for Reducing Anxiety

  • Place your thumb or middle finger between your eyebrows at the root of your nose (see figure). That is acupoint Extra 1.
  • Apply gentle pressure to the acupoint for 10 minutes. Less time is fine if you don’t have 10 minutes to spare.
  • For added relaxation, focus on your breathing and consider visualizing yourself in a peaceful place, such as in a garden, by a stream or on a cloud.Anxiety acupoint
