DOSE:
The immune system is more enhanced with the more beta glucan you take. For maintenance and only preventative use, the immune system is greatly enhanced when taken daily (on empty stomach)
For cancer patients, dosing is determined by body weight:
For every 50 pounds of your weight – you take one (1) capsule of 500mg. If you weight 150 pounds – you need 1500mg or 3X500mg, so you take 3 capsules, on an empty stomach, in the morning

How many caplets do I take? That depends on your immune system and what you are dealing with, and your body weight. Everyone’s immune system is different, and your immune system is also changing constantly. The information below will give you some guidance on dosage
Healthy: If you have no challenges and you are an average weight adult (150-175 lbs.) – 100 to 200 mg. daily is recommended.
Chronic: If you have recurring problems, but they are not acute, or life threatening, you would take more. To start, double the above amount and observe your response.
Acute: If you have a critical condition, determine the therapeutic dose for your weight (refer to formula and chart). Start with approximately 1/3 of the therapeutic dose and increase slowly until you reach the maximum dose. Taking more than the therapeutic amount would achieve no greater response.
To maximize your uptake of Beta Glucan, you should always take it on an empty stomach. Wait at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything. An ample amount of pure water should be used to swallow the material. (No coffee, tea, juice, etc.. just water is great for optimal absorption). Take the full day’s dose at one time!
